Hello!
My name is Romeko Morton and I am the Founder and Executive Director of R.A.I.S.E (Raising An Individual’s Self Esteem, Inc.) and S.O.O.N (Seeking Our Opportunity Now).
As a teen, I suffered from low self esteem, insecurity and fear. I focused more on the negative aspects of myself instead of my positive traits, unique abilities and talents. I abused drugs and alcohol as a means to escape my reality and cope with my pain and distress of feeling lost and without purpose.

2002 marked a huge turning-point in my life. After the passing of my mother, I admitted myself into Gaudenzia Drug and Alcohol Treatment Center in Baltimore, MD. There I discovered a simple yet dynamic approach to refining and uplifting oneself through Positive Self-Talk. I started applying this technique daily, and eventually, I started to see a big change. I began believing that I was capable of becoming the person who I was born to be; a true man of substance and integrity.
Today, these beliefs still hold true. I am blessed to help others who are suffering from the same negative cycle as I was. All it takes is effort, positive thinking, a little bit of coaching, and practice to become your own success story.
